Vitality’s Developer (also known as Peroxide) is mixed with professional hair color to activate the color.
Different effects and levels of tone are determined by the strength of the developer or peroxide.
Vitality’s Developer is a thicker creamy formulation and is available in 10 vol (3%), 20 vol (6%), 30 vol (9%) & 40 vol (12%).
